Amongstfriends Association has been showing up for Los Angeles County's most vulnerable neighbors since the year 2000 — homeless individuals, food-insecure families, and young people whose potential is waiting to be unlocked.

Your donation directly funds six programs: I Got Your Back (hygiene backpacks), Angel Bread (nutritious meals), Amongst Friends (clothing), SHOWER (mobile shower access), Sound & Soul (music & youth arts), and our Community Wraparound Network (legal aid, life coaching & wellness).

 

We meet people exactly where they are — on the streets, in shelters, and in the spaces between what the system provides and what a human being actually needs. We restore dignity before we ask for anything else. We show up not once, but every time.
We are working toward our $100,000 goal to service our programs   directly  — no waste, no overhead bloat, just consistent and dignified service delivered by a community that refuses to leave its neighbors behind.
